Pros

-) Work itself: what I have to do, is the same what I want to do. -) Colleagues - very smart and talented people, who always help with everything. -) Appropriate work conditions, salary, other stuff.

Cons

-) Crisis is over, politics was one of cons here, right now it's really not an issue. It happens, sometimes, but it happens everywhere, if you are among descision makers and can affect other ppl KPI. -) Bad work/life ballance, but I guess, it's my own problem - nobody asks me to work at weenands (like now), I personaly want to complete more my own tasks, look trough more data and statictics, make my game better etc.
