Pros

I was amazed how the people helpful are focused on solving problems. If you need help with some of wour tasks you can ask anyone, be it a manager, another team's lead or just regular specialist.

Cons

Huge failures (critical bugs or other technical issues) count as the whole studio failures, not personal ones. So you might get fined even if your work couldn't affect such problems. But such things haapen very rarely - once in several years.
