      Salary and benefits are good for Minsk. A lot of good people working in the company.

      Awful management leading to constant overtimes and burn out.

      Pros

      Salary higher than in average, friendly working atmosphere, good management and project planning. Timetable is flexible. Company provides a lot of benefits like compensation of spends on sport activities, medical service, training/courses.

      Cons

      Working for a long time on the same project - for me it's quite boring. And as for me personally - I do not see many opportunities to change the project and work with smth really different.

      Pros

      It is a great company to fork for. Without a doubt will recommend to work there if you want to be a part of game development. Good managers, competitive salary, a lot of different benefits, great atmosphere and much more.

      Cons

      The only thing I can say - that it is not clear how to build your career, you don't know what you should learn to be a middle developer if you are a junior, or what to do if you want to be a manager.
