Great place to work but know it comes with the pitfalls of gaming

Pros

Lots of resources and clear goals for success. Employees at the studio level are treated very well with lots of amenities and activities.

Cons

Cultural divides can be rough especially if you report to someone overseas. Russian business culture can be very jarring for people based in other regions. You are at the whims of the C suite and changes can come swiftly resulting in sudden layoffs or relocations (but this is typical across gaming in general).

Pros

Wargaming is a quite large company, so it has all the benefits that large companies have. But at the same time it's flexible enough! If you're an ambitious person, you will find where to apply yourself. Salaries are not too high but fair. Working here you feel stability.

Cons

Too much of rush. Wargaming differs form department to department. One department may have higher salaries but remote work is not an option, second one can be the opposite. On the other hand, it can be easier to get hired to some positions because hiring process also differs.
