Pros

We have some plusses of startups (such as free to chose next steps, project vision and etc.) and all plusses of huge corporation (such as money, possibility to get playtests and etc.).

Cons

Mobile is not main sourse of earnings at WG, so some time corporation just "forget" about us.

Pros

Global reach. Some really great people. One core title that has a lot of upside should finances be a struggle.

Cons

Sexism. Anti Western sentiment. Homophobic. Biggest issue is a recent trend to hire people with zero gaming experience. Simply detached from the games industry.

Pros

Friendly environment, flexible schedule, relatively good benefits

Cons

Very strong autocratic management style at any level. Friendship is much more important than professionalism for career.
