Pros

Many talented, enthusiastic people to learn from. Actually, best I've ever met. Great environment, extra bonuses. Challenging tasks and rewarding teamwork.

Cons

Problems typical for any fast-growing company: teams and departments miscommunication, people forget they work for common success not just personal, processes to be established. Business goals change often, so sometimes you're yesterday's effort is not relevant today. Tough deadlines and overtimes.

Big online gaming company.

Pros

Big projects, big data, cross-functional and cross-continental teams. World wide known projects, such as World of Tanks - you feel really making something big and important.

Cons

Communication in geographically distributed teams sometimes is a problem. As well as between departments within the same office. In some sense, bureaucracy.
