Pros

Wargaming.net is a large video game company that has over 150 million registered users world wide. I work with a fantastic group of people on some large scale problems that try to leverage massive quantities of data across all 5 continents. The challenge is real, but the tools we get to us are some of the lastest in the field, which makes things very interesting.

Cons

As with all multicultural company communication is the most challenging aspect of the work. Working with Data Scientist across multiple continents can slow communication down due to the time differences. Additionally there are some cultural barriers that can get in the way. Clear and concise communication is key. Repeating things doesn't hurt either.
