Overall - very good

Business Outlook

Pros

Nice benefits, Professional Artists and very friendly atmosphere, New office building, Great salary for current zone, Great space for grouth for junior and middle artists. No crunches (or rare)

Cons

Benefits became worse and less due to 'not very succesful' years; you have to push yourself and everybody to get rise of salary (very poor attention to grouth. Seniors and experts will be bored after some time due to same tasks avery day. 'Switchable' managers.
