Very young and promising company

Pros

Very friendly staff and very eager to move forward young team. Company tries to be a best place to work and for some reasons it is probably best place to work in Minsk or in ex-ussr.

Cons

Little bit unfair pay. It is satisfactory for a staff who are locals in Minsk, but those who came abroad may find themselves a little bit in unsatisfactory position, so better discuss every peny and salary dynamics before signing contract. Also sometimes contradictory decisions from management may lead to extra work or cancellation of nearly completed projects.

Solid foundation with a solid game

Pros

Some of the best fringe benefits in the business, good pay, and a company with a great future. As far as gaming companies go, this is about as good as it gets. A solid revenue stream from World of Tanks along with a forward thinking leadership team allows for a sense of security that other companies can't offer.

Cons

The usual pains that go along with growth, uneven middle management and occasional favoritism. Efforts to minimize this have mitigated this, but it's still prevalent...with some employees kept on despite inferior skills.
