Pros

- People are coming from all Europe and sometimes abroad. The European office has more than 15 different nationalities. The atmosphere is very multicultural and cool. - The work is never boring. We always have new challenges and new projects to work on. - Very good team spirit. We don't have the feeling that a team is more important than another one. - Training and management coaching help us to grow.

Cons

- The company is very helpful regarding the relocation but the real estate market is very expensive in Paris area.

-team members with exceptional skills and knowledge -pleasant working environment -time flies at Wargaming:) -easy access to the management of the company -instant feedback as regards to performance -the company is growing very fast as well as the opportunities -we are all from different countries with different beliefs, but we respect each other and function as one organism, we are a big "Wargaming Family"

Cons

-the company is growing fast and therefore it gets a bit harder to maintain full control throughout the whole company, but we will manage it:)

It's a chance to work with some of the best concerned gamedev people in Belarus, competence level of employees is usually high, salaries are OK.

Cons

Crunches are frequent, working on weekends is a usual thing when preparing expansions for deployment or fixing emergencies.
