Pros

Good salary (for Russia), professional team, financial support due to covid, generally respectful attitude towards employees.

Cons

1. Too strong control over employees (mark arrivals and departures with a card, it is impossible to work remotely, in each absence, notify in writing). 2. Poor hr support. There is no one to ask for help if someone from the management discriminates. Hight managment considered that placement of pads in toilets is a discrimination against men. 3. Many sexist jokes and talks in the office. No one cares. WG told me to deal with it by myself. 4. Intolerant attitude towards vegetarianism on the part of HR. The desire not to eat animals due to cruelty in meat factories is ridiculed
