Pros

- Good opportunities to participate in international events. - The size of the company. Wargaming is well-known worldwide, and it's useful to have it in your portfolio. - Some projects are really interesting and creative (such as collaborations with globally recognized names).

Cons

- Toxic Eastern European atmosphere in the teams. - No salary increases. The company is willing to spend thousands on parties, but not on employees. - Lack of professionalism and experience, yet they behave like they're the gods of game development. - Low salaries. Conclusion: It's nice to have the experience of working for a global company, but if you have a choice, it's better to try something else.
