      Pretty stable employment (especially for gamedev), help with relocation and on-site assimilation, lots of good professionals, popular products.

      Cons

      A bit outdated management style in some teams, in general the atmosphere can vary a lot depending on the product or team you work for. Difficult to get through the hiring process at times.
