- No centralized strategy or coordination causing high levels of duplication and in-fighting. Multiple teams in multiple locations all trying to do the same thing at the same time. This is absolutely not a company for high-achievers. - Increasing instability. A number of projects have been shut down recently. - Recent restructure shifting power to “product groups”. This essentially eliminated central services so if you aren’t joining a product group, do not join. - Intense politics and toxicity in HQ. These effects are lessened if you’re working in a satellite office. - Career progression is difficult which is not uncommon in this industry but still you need to know the right people to get ahead. It’s certainly not a meritocracy.

- Upper management's skills can be questionable, bureaucratic and at times unqualified for leading the team due to lack of knowledge within the allocated region. - Different policies in different office branches have lead to some highly controversial misconducts by employees. For instance, someone has officially been fired but somehow returns back to service due to some "surreptitious" politics.
