Good culture, friendly and diverse team, good work life balance

Employee rights violations, massive layoffs

Business Outlook

Pros

Premium healthcare, a lot of leave days.

Cons

An extremely sexist, racist, and toxic place to work at. Favoritism, bro-culture, bullying, bossing, harassment, inadequate behavior from co-workers and management. I saw regular employees get bullied there based on their sex or nationality and a few massive layoffs (in half a year you won't know half of the people you'll see in the office). Verbal and physical harassment from co-workers and management. I got cyber-stalked by colleagues and bullied by my manager and co-workers. Retaliation after harassment reports. Micro-management. Extreme overtime work. Open-space office. Avoid at all costs.
