Pros

If you work in product-specialised team, you will probably enjoy it (e.g. QA, Publishing, Art etc.) Decent salary Good care from the company (insurance, benefits etc.) Lots of merch, some events, nice offices Mostly well-organised processes with lots of documentation

Cons

If you work in services (e.g. Helpdesk, customer support, localisation etc.) you can expect lower salary and less care from the company. Sometimes people do not realise the contribution of service teams to the company (e.g. product teams may think that support teams are lazy and don’t do their job well enough all while the support teams are overloaded with work because of some mistakes the product made)

Pros

Professional development: Wargaming provides unique opportunities for career growth. Here, you can systematically improve your skills, gain new knowledge, and carve your path from a novice specialist to an expert. Flexible work schedule: Wargaming values the balance between work and personal life. The company offers a flexible work schedule and the option to work remotely, allowing effective time management and finding the optimal balance between work and personal responsibilities. Colleagues and community: Working at Wargaming means being surrounded by talented and creative individuals. Collaboration within the Wargaming team fosters the exchange of experiences, ideas, and the search for collective solutions. Participation in the company's IT community creates a unique atmosphere of camaraderie and inspires the achievement of common goals.

Cons

Work Schedule Uncertainty: The whole flexible work schedule thing can sometimes throw your daily or weekly plans for a loop, especially when you're dealing with projects that have these crazy tight deadlines. Don't get me wrong, having flexibility is cool, but it can make it a bit tricky to know exactly when you'll be burning the midnight oil. Creative Freedom Limitations: You know, sometimes, especially in projects with all these clear-cut rules and requirements, it can feel like your creative juices are on a leash. Following the guidelines and sticking to the specs can put a damper on those moments when you just want to think outside the box and come up with something wild and innovative.
