Pros

Good Retirement: A reliable place for those looking to comfortably ride out their career until pension. Benefits: Offers health insurance package for spouses. Offers various programs for the spouses and children of employees. Employee care is a priority: the company has never had layoffs. Nice Offices

Cons

Salaries Slightly Below Market Rate: The pay is slightly less than the market average, not enough to make you feel wealthy, but also not low enough to motivate you to leave for a slight pay increase. Limited Learning Platforms: Access is provided to Linkedin Learning and O'Reily courses, which I find to be limited. The company refuses to pay for courses or subscriptions on other platforms. Limited Career Advancement Opportunities: Career growth is only possible in the event of a superior's death or resignation, as there is typically only one position available.
