      After having doubts about joining Wargaming due to the bad rep that gaming companies have had in the past few years, Wargaming completely changed my mind about the industry. I've always felt accepted in Wargaming's diverse culture. My favorite part about WG is the team!

      Pros

      - Fantastic people all around. Everyone's really nice to you, collaborative, congenial and wanting to help - Competitive salary for Serbian market and yearly bonuses - Great benefits like private health insurance, extra days off you don't need to justify, working from home, fun community events, tickets for high-end conferences etc

      Cons

      - At a company this big, things move at a slower pace and there's many lines of approvals before something gets launched, so patience is advised
