Pros

Clear and organized work and values, goals, responsibilities. Pretty good state of frontend code, motly modern React. A lot of the code that is written is brand new and not reused (e.g. for some events that only happen once). But if something is reused from previous years - it's mostly not bad quality

Cons

If you do front-end in-game - then it's SVN instead of git. Feature branches last very long and than painfully merged. Also instead of familiiar webkit/firefox gameface is used which is not as good at being web standarts complient (though it's a good fit for the task at hand because of the low memmory/cpu footprint). You mostly expected to be a cog in the huge mechanism, pretty hard to move up, across or get a substancial payraise
