Pros

Got to know and work with amazing people. Work was most of the time interesting and even if the ride was wild, it was great.

Cons

Poor culture; a lot of people in high positions where they didn´t bring any value, they just got the roles due to nepotism; friend of senior folks or whatever their relationship might be. Another thing, is that there is no desire for diversity and inclusion. No efforts are being made and the culture in their HQ is quite exclusive as the majority are locals not interested in including expats in day to day conversations. Throughout my 5 years there, I saw quite a few leaving the company because of this.

Pros

Fully Remote with great insurance and vacation time. Flexibility in design projects within the product scope.

Cons

Communication with different departments has decreased with the remote status. Working on a singular title has the potential to get stale if you are not self motivated to contribute more than what is expected.
