      Great place to work, but yet very old matrix style.

      Happy environment and open minded company

      Cons

      Hard to grow as a professional based on performance. Must become close friends with C-Level. Who is friends or pub buddies with the C-Levels has advantage in terms of promotion and new opportunities. Very poor performance recognition structure.
