      Youthful, exciting, mission driven company. Opportunity for mobility between teams/departments.

      Cons

      Does not pay employees enough. Under-experienced people management. Lacking top-down transparency with company strategy.

      Pros

      WeWork is amazing environment to start your career! You can truly find out your strength and build on them. Coming into the company I didn't fully understand the depth of my skill set but after just 3 months I was doing activities from community relations, event planing and sales. The company encourages you to take risks and help improve the company more than any other place I have worked.

      Cons

      Although rewarding, the hours are long and the company is quite demanding. That said, hard work is rewarded and if you like what you do it will be worth it.
