      Continuously Changing Direction Hurts Company

      Pros

      Working with movie related content is interesting and constantly changing.

      Cons

      Company continues to be cheap with paying it's employees even after new ownership. Company direction continues to change, morph, and doesn't know where it's headed or who is in charge of what.

      Pros

      The new owners and executives have made up for a lot of the problem of the past. Flexible hours, comfortable dress code and overall lax atmosphere.

      Cons

      Pay leave something to be desired, especially with markets like Norwalk or Stamford only another 30mins. Some technology and systems are in need of an upgrade, especially for a company based around Data.
