      great people, poor company structure

      great young vibrant people and energetic atmosphere

      Cons

      The company management was poor. Friends of friends climbed the ladder to management roles. Poor work compensation. Bonuses and any benefits were cut while I was there. I believe it has improved though.

      Pros

      - Nice and relaxed working environment - Good open and honest lines of communication between staff and management - Flexi Time and monthly staff lunch outings - Service days - Lovely brand new modern office and centrally located in the city centre - Friendly staff and everyone seems to get along well with each other - Health Care - I have worked with a few of the average to poor healthcare plans that some companies give their employees (and to be honest they arent worth the paper they are written on) but this plan has to be the best plan out there on the market by far covering health and dental

      Cons

      - Employee Benefits; they arent what the used to be after the crash but post-recession they have brought back some of the old benefits and have big plans on bringing in some new ones :) - Salaries could be better but again this is something that is the norm in most companies post-recession but at least they do have proper annual performance review structures in place so you can get your annual salary increase if you earnt it)!

      Stable. Good sales with IP (MU) Good to get some experience for new employers in this field.

      Cons

      Too complicated communication. Low salary with bare bonus.
