      Not a bad place to work for but no benefits either

      Pros

      The people were really great to work with. Offices were lovely with an amazing view of Dublin. Atmosphere was nice & friendly to work in. Free soft drinks & fruits. Table Football & Wii.

      Cons

      No (or very little) career opportunities to progress. No benefits or perks for any hard work done. No recognition for talented people which leads to the good staff leaving.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere regarding work, friendly people, free soft drinks, fruits, table football and Wii. Great location in Dublin city center, flexible working hours and life insurance. Used to have Christmas parties with open bar and work trips. Many people would try to take initiative and change the company for the better, unfortunately most of them get cut off in the end. In general its a good place to be as the flex hours and life insurance offsets most of the negative things.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and business vision, leadership. Office culture consists of harmful gossip people invent while drinking and the ambiance can get absolutely unhealthy. There is no recognition for talented people, no promotions or bonuses as promised originally and only managers best friend can actually get a raise even disregarding attendance, quality and any performance. Also managers may gossip about the employees they never even worked or spoke with. It can get very stressful not knowing what awaits for this company.
