Pros
You will be able to learn many area of business, development, design, content producing process and work very tightly with the other teams. You will be able to learn a lot of process and analyzing data. You work more likely as individual company than looking as a project in the whole company. Planning and reaching KPI are solely responsible to PM.
Cons
The amount of tasks that one person has to carry is way too much compared to the ones who getting the salary. However, incentives are given according to the result of revenue. This can be pros or/and cons but I would say it is more to cons because employees don't have choice to pick the game.
