      - Junior employees are quite welcome - Several people there are extraordinarily motivated and talented - Management in Dublin is trying to improve the situation (but does not succeed)

      Cons

      - No long-term vision nor strategy regarding the Dublin office - Very opaque communication with HQ in Korea - Salary is low compared to how expensive it is to live in Dublin - Work often lacks general direction or meaning - Felt like many people's talent and energy were wasted - Felt like the Dublin office did not matter to HQ at all - No career growth opportunities

      Pros

      Many of the employees joined Webzen with a passion for games and a junior profile and grew skills which enable them to get to higher responsibilities within Webzen but also among leading industry game publishers.

      Cons

      While resource can be limited it can in turn be an opportunity to use your own qualities to overcome any problems at hand

      This used to be a good place, but the CEO (of Dublin office) destroyed the EU branch

      Pros

      this was a good company with good portfolio of games and descent salaries. I learned a lot from my colleagues there, but...

      Cons

      ...but, the Dublin CEO destroyed this place. He was not able to make good decisions, he was burning money with stupid things (e.g Ibiza trip when company was about to bankrupt). Luckily the Korean office is pumping money into this office, but for how long?
