Cons

- Undervalued and Underpaid - Progression takes a while - Managers not caring how you're feeling just wanting to make sure you turn up, who will then exploit and abuse you. - Overworked and understaffed.

Great progression opportunities within Welcome Break. I started as a team member and worked my way up to unit manager with lots of support. Great discounts and fair pay.

Cons

The work can be challenging at times but it keeps you on your toes, no two days are the same.
