No organisation or hotel management in sight!

Nothing. The only pro from this job is that you work with SOME nice people..

Cons

Where can I start?! Customers constantly complaining about dirty rooms that are also falling apart! Management just shoving you to cover endless nights shifts for weeks in a row, as well as covering shifts at hotels located miles away from your based area! Beware some staff are two faced, as they appear to be lovely at first but then gossip about you behind your back.
