Pros

Fast progression at the start but soon realise you won't get much more money for it then will be made to train new team members how to do their job... for them to get paid £1000's more than you.

Cons

Expected to come in constantly even though managers are never willing to cover. You end up getting paid pennies yet know how to run the unit/know the unit standards better than the manager,
