Rubbish

Business Outlook

Pros

None I’m just filling the word count.

Cons

“Family run” aka all the bullies stick together and get what they want, previous site managers did not listen , were racist and unfairly dismissed people. They cap your pay and set you up so you receive no extra for what you do - regardless of how many hours you work. Poor attitude , do not care about staff, move people around as they please. Make promises about progression which you will never get, as they lead you on. Offer you a salary then never follow through with it. I could go on. They work you like dogs.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Much of what you write is deeply concerning, I also don't note any positives from your +3 years with us. Whilst I note you are a former employee, if you would like to get in touch with me directly then please feel free to do so in a confidential manner. Thank you. Pros

Loved the brand I worked for Great discount across all locations

Cons

Other units didn't have as friendly work atmosphere When company provides poor customer service e.g. bad opening hours, lack of cleanliness, no disabled access.. you're on the frontline trying to defend them

Thanks for your review and your comments around autonomy. If it was the perception of lack of career progression that contributed to your leaving, I wanted to advise that we have gone live with the first of our career programmes in the last couple of weeks, with more to follow in May. Thanks again for leaving a review. Justin Morrison Head of Talent and Resourcing
