Pros

Amazing Teams and people, decent discounts. Can go far based on how well you are liked as opposed to performance.

Cons

Low Wages and standard wage rise, nothing below UBM is performance based. No financial motivation or progression to apply less than minimum effort. and that becomes very clear after a few weeks.

Cons

*Limited progression opportunities *‘Face fits’ culture *Antiquated computer systems *Meant to be ‘one team’ but a clear divide between ‘power brands’ and other units *Continuous labour cuts across all brands
