Pros

To be honest most people are good to work with. Discount at Sites.

Cons

No Processes at all that actually help. Management are extremely rude and not helpful. So much old technology which is about 20 years ago. No work & home balance. Slavery. They expect you to fix things that require more resource but expect you to do it and do your regular job aswell. For some outrageous reason IT do some of the financial processes which is unheard of. They get you to do more work by saying do a "working lunch" and bribe you with a free lunch. The culture is very sick and toxic.
