50% off most brands, free meals on shift. Lovely people on all levels of management Great team ethic Excellent career opportunities at lower level with multiple brands

Cons

After UBM not much progression opportunities other than multi brand (side steps)

Pros

Very easily accessible. Company pension, 50 % off food, a lot of drinks free. Discounts with welcome break on a huge range of high street shopping , cars , holidays etc . There is a great training plan for career opportunities. Flexible working.

Cons

Quite a big turn around of staff. This is due to lots of seasonal staff at uni etc.
