50% all retail food and drinks. Endless amounts of soft drinks coffee/tea available for free when on shift.

Cons

Management don’t really listen to concerns of staff. Work hours are horrendous and not very flexible, they change constantly even if been made “permanent “ for the week

Amazing benefits. Great work and social life balance. The mix of age, race and abilities is amazing and everyone gets on so well and everyone is treated fairly and equal

Cons

Higher management don't really have any idea what is going on on site. There are clear favourites who can do no wrong in some people's eye and get away with things others wouldn't.
