Poorly managed, don't train you properly when thy recruit in large numbers. Also very poor pay

Pros

Great culture, good people, lots of room for development and moving sideways as well as upwards where possible

Cons

Bonus scheme and certain benefits such as healthcare are not available for all levels of staff at support centre
