Pros

Good SOM and UBM team to a standard

Cons

Som had favourites within her managers, one UBM completely clueless and one who did nothing, I was left running between 2 units while helping KFC too, site was falling apart, Also left to struggle for months on end as other units over staffed so I couldn’t recruit my own team I needed to replace as they went through hell and back, before I started, Also expected to open and close tills on the other unit to save labour and to cover when they couldn’t find staff to do it
