Long term career development and progression is a huge benefit of Welcome Break, I've been able to take control of my career development, with formally recognised training to progress and grow. The support of my manager and other senior leadership for mentoring, and opportunities to grow have been instrumental in my development.

Cons

Site team progression planning is very clear, and head office is less well defined, but its what you make of it.
