      Relitivly flexible shifts - better as crew member. Freedom less so as service leader.

      Cons

      General lack of respect from higher ups in company.

      Coin flip on positive or negative work experience depending on manager.

      Pros

      Slightly above minimum wage pay, on shift benefits for food and drink. Some coworkers will be lovely and a joy to work with.

      Cons

      Heavy favouritism towards useless male managers who swan around doing essentially nothing. Depending on the manager you have for your store everything can be nice and easy or it can be the most stressful nightmare. Paper rota system made life very difficult.
