The people I've met are great, company values filter down to all team members. And the career opportunities are great.

Cons

To be honest, I haven't got any cons. WB looks after us and we get a great work life balance.

- Bonus - Cheap staff food - Food allowance £10 per day on work card

Cons

- Hard when limited staff - Duty Manager shifts other units depend on you heavily sometimes and you’re not trained in them units - Salary not competitive for the role
