Pros

Welcome Break offers a positive working environment with a great work-life balance. The holiday benefits are good, and company is super flexible in terms of working hours. There are plenty of opportunities for career progression, which is encouraging for those looking to advance. The employee benefits are comprehensive and supportive. Management is generally fantastic and helps foster a positive work culture. Senior team is not in ivory tower, and you can talk to them as and when you need.

Cons

System is very outdated and manual, lots of various softwares that don't 'talk' to each other.
