Pros

The people you work with really make the job easier You learn a lot quickly because it’s always busy Good place to build confidence as a manager Supportive team atmosphere when things get hectic You never get bored — every day is different

Cons

Can get very intense during peak times Long days when the site is short‑staffed You need to juggle a lot at once Not ideal for someone who prefers a slow pace

Managers didn't want to work late shifts or weekends. Wouldn't do what they expect you to do.
