They don't care that staff members are touching your bum.

Manager didn't care that someone was touching staff and saying things he shouldn't. Mangers don't listen to you. "You get paid for your job, do it" Favouritism shown by race. 1 staff member will come late 5mins and be told that they should leave if they can't come on time, while another staff member comes 20mins late everyday and its fine. Mangers like to come out and work when other manager comes by, otherwise they just sit in the office. Managers don't assist when it is busy, they go on insta/ tiktok

It is not difficult work at all.

Cons

Toxic environment at times, lots of talking about people negatively behind backs but acting like best friends to their faces... Upper management says they care, but they don't; they only care about their bonuses.
