All staff gets 50% discounts on services provides by Welcome Break, including hotels.

Cons

Management is very bad, people are overworking, it is a classic example of work harder not smarter, I had to call ACAS 3 times already, I was even told directly that during my unpaid lunch break I am not allowed to leave the building in case there is a guest that needs my attention. Avoid working for Welcome Break.
