Pros

Most of the people are great, it's a shame that a few bad apples give everyone a bad name. Free sandwiches in head office for lunches and discounts for food and drinks at Welcome Break Services.

Cons

Luck of the draw manager wise - avoid the Hotels department in Head Office. The grievance procedure is a farce with conclusions made before hearings were had. Pay is on a lunar period - which is hard to adjust to for anyone used to being paid monthly. There is a big focus in the company culture around the charity partnership - which can be insensitive especially when cash donations are expected with the cost of living crisis.
