Welcome Break is a fantastic company to work for and there are many opportunities for growth if you would like a career with the company. We have a number of fantastic tools at your disposal to support you and your teams development and more recently a fantastic communication platform which has been a welcome addition. There are a number of outstanding leaders at Welcome Break that have ensured the company has thrived during some very difficult times and we have seen many great be initiatives launched to incentivise and reward our teams. A few that spring to mind include £1 meals, summer incentive and culture cheques. I for one am very proud to work for Welcome Break and take a leadership role.
