Not exactly what I expected

Pros

Pay was decent and opportunity for commissions and bonuses. Co-managers were reliable and easy to talk to. Health insurance and membership.

Cons

Moral very low. As a Sales Manager I spent 90% of my day dealing with membership billing issues. Club was ill maintained and dirty. Staff insubordinate.

Cons

Lack of support from Management at Corporate Office. You can build a career but you will need to neglect your family and personal life. No work/life balance. Lack of improvement in old facilities. Lack of training and orientation for new employees
