Freedom to work as you please but low pay

Freedom to choose when you were available to work, which clients you want to take, and how you want to go about training.

Cons

The club would keep anywhere from 50-75% of the clients payment for training. While most gyms take a portion, this was a huge portion and the club did absolutely nothing for us except let the trainers use the facility. They had no system set up to market personal training so all clients came from my own time and effort. If the club is not going to provide any assistance they should not be taking such a large percentage
