      Abundant locations - was very close to home

      Cons

      Horrible. Other staff - terrible management - the “uniform” they made us wear (khakis and a blue issued shirt) - incredibly understaffed - the whole this is like a hotel notion

      Pros

      Complete autonomy as a business owner. Ability to manage a fast paced working environment and supervise all parties Involved in claims process.

      Cons

      It is difficult to work alone when volume of patients is high. My ability to work on my own has its downfalls as I am managing a roster of over 20 healthcare professionals in addition to staff. Training staff members to delegate work as I have been doing for the last four years has been difficult.
