Cons
You get to use the gym whenever you can. But many times it's hard to hit the gym sometimes when you're exhausted, doing more than what's expected of you. The turnover rate is ridiculous, I have seen so many GM's, Assistant GM's, Sales dept is like a water slide, they slide right out the door. Many of the members are nasty particularly if you don't look like them, if you know what I mean. The AMOD (Assistant manager on duty) "position" is a trap, they'll talk you into the "position" and you'll be gone with 2-3 months after. They will offer positions that they think are a "step up", no raise in pay but more responsibility. The facility is old.
